How to get the most use out of your candels

I am SO excited to share this little tip with you guys. I have been burning my favorite scent for fall - pumpkin spice very often lately & 3 of my candles burned too low to get anymore use out of them. I was just about to throw them away when I thought..there has to be a way to use the rest of this candle I can't stand to throw it out it's my favorite scent after all! & well long story short I got to work & found a way!...

This is what I was left with that I could no longer burn.

Push a large spoon down all around the candle to loosen it.

This is what it should look like once you've gone all the way around.
What is left of your candle will then easily come out of the jar.
You will need to break up your candle a bit to get it all out.

This is the result from all 3 candles. Break your candle in half
& your wick will pop out then break into pieces and you can use these to burn in your warmer!

Your jars will be empty..you can clean these out and re-use them!

I will get a lot of use out of this in my warmer, I'm glad I didn't throw them out! =)

All that's left to do is put some pieces in your warmer & enjoy!!
I hope you all enjoyed this, let me know if you have any questions

No - Bake sweet & salty bites

No - Bake sweet & salty bites!

Ingredients
1 cup oats
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/3 cup of honey
1/2 cup of wheat germ (you can find this in your baking isle)
1/2 cup of pretzel pieces
1 cup of chocolate chips (i'm sure 1/2 cup would be enough..but I use 1 =)

Mix all of your ingredients together. I would suggest putting all the dry ingredients in first then adding
your peanut butter & honey so that you don't get your baking cups all messy. Also before measuring out your peanut butter & honey spray your baking cups with cooking spray so that it all comes out easily. After everything is all mixed up spray a little cooking spray on your hands so nothing sticks to you & roll into balls. I used big spoon fulls. You can make them as tiny or as big as you'd like. Store in air tight containers in the fridge and your good to go! This would be a wonderful anytime snack, great for both kids and adults! Enjoy! =)
